Alpha / Alpha EVO Kill Switch

Product images may show optional accessories, including dash displays, which are sold separately unless otherwise stated.

An emergency stop switch for Alpha and Alpha EVO wheel bases. Cuts power to the base immediately — and on a direct drive base running real torque, that is not an optional accessory.

Immediate cut

One hit kills power to the base. A high-torque direct drive wheel can genuinely hurt you if something goes wrong in software, and reaching for a plug is not fast enough.

Within reach

Mounts where you can hit it without looking, which is the only place a kill switch is any use.

Worth it on any high-torque base

If you run 18Nm or more, or if anyone else ever uses your rig, treat this as part of the base rather than an extra.

For Alpha and Alpha EVO series wheel bases.
