Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to book a session at Apex Race Rooms. We strive to provide our customers with the best service and experience. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your booking, please read our refund policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the session and receive a full refund less a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time of the session will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund back to the original payment method used. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your bank's policies.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

1. You fail to show up for your scheduled session.

2. You are unable to participate in the session due to intoxication, illness, or other reasons beyond our control.

3. You are asked to leave the premises due to violation of our terms and conditions or any misconduct.

4. Your behavior causes damage to our racing simulators or equipment.

5. Force Majeure: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as fire, flood, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen events.
